Client Service Manager
As a Client Experience & Brand Professional, Natalie has immense passion & expertise in delivering optimal end-to-end Client Experience programs.
During her 20+ years in her career she has supported industries from Financial, Manufacturing, Grocery & Supermarket, Communications to most recently, IT with HLB Systems Solutions. Natalie held instrumental roles with Rogers Communications Inc. in managing Customer Loyalty/Retention, Customer Migrations/Transitions as well as managing Service & Delivery programs for new product launches.
In addition to her extensive marketing and leadership expertise, Natalie is a trained & certified Professional Performance Development Coach.
Natalie onboarded with HLB in mid-December 2017 representing Technical Support, Centralized Services, Professional Services and Net Admin specialists as the Manager of Client Services. She will maintain business relationships and laisse between HLB Clients and HLB’s support teams. Natalie will also develop and maintain effective channels of communication by acting as a reliable point of contact for HLB Clients, gathering feedback and deploying strategies to optimize the overall Client Experience.
